Annette is originally from St Louis, Missouri and served as an Air Traffic Controller in the Air Force for five years in California. She is happily married to Ryan Judd, and together they have seven children (teens to young adults). Annette loves taking care of her home, her children, and being with Loki, their labradoodle. Service has always been a huge part of her values, and in the Air Force, she served on the Honor Guard, providing military honors to fallen veterans at their funerals as well as various color guard assignments. Elected for a four year term in 2019, she is currently serving on the West Point City Council. Annette has been serving home buyers and sellers in Northern Utah since 2014 and loves giving her clients personal service throughout their individual real estate transaction. One thing she prides herself in is compassionate communication, and she knows it has made a difference in positive outcomes for many of her clients. Annette has a vision of being able to serve many families in the area through successful real estate transactions, community service, and building and maintaining relationships with other business owners.

Kendal enjoys time with her husband and son and her dogs - she loves being outside and spends every free moment she can riding dirt bikes, paddle boarding, and camping with her family. A Utah native, she enjoys as many trails, lakes and campsites as she possibly can! Kendal has a special skill of being able to get along with nearly everyone and has a fun, loving personality. She loves helping helping her real estate clients by being a trusted expert on the current market and is an excellent communicator. She loves when she shows “the home” to a client and walking them through the process of making their dream home a reality. Kendal believes in being thoroughly educated and exceeds the standard of continuing education to be the most knowledgeable agent possible.

I was born and raised in Southern California. I grew up with a father in Real Estate and didn't think I'd ever go into real estate . I went to school to be a teacher, then worked in Human Resources. I am married to my best friend Preston,and we have 3 sons. Logan(11) , twins Sawyer and Levi (8). I enjoy building things with power tools, diy crafts, gardening and traveling with my family.
